I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Easy Fit Aoutomtive repair shop as I feel my rights as a customer have been severely violated. Here is a detailed account of the events: 1. Unauthorized Removal of Vehicle Parts: During the repair process, (the PDF light was on) both a maintenance worker and a owner removed car air conditioning system PDF from my car without my consent and discarded it without giving me and my husband the opportunity to inspect the actual part. He only provided a photo as evidence. 2. False Assurances: When I questioned whether the removal of the part would affect the car’s ability to pass the MOT test, both a maintenance and owner assured me that it would not be a problem and told me not to worry. 3. Hiding the Truth About the MOT Test: When my MOT expired recently, I booked an appointment for an MOT test. Despite knowing that the absence of the air conditioning PDF would result in the car failing the MOT, both a maintenance and owner went ahead with the test without informing me of this fact. As expected, the car failed the test. 4. Demand for Payment and Misconduct: After informing me that my car failed the MOT, both a maintenance and owner demanded that I pay for the test. When I refused to pay and questioned their dishonesty, he failed to provide a reasonable explanation and even hit me. I was forced to call the police on the matter.So becare for your car .
